Do I need a card to start?

No card needed. Send us your details and we build your account for you, courts, rates and peak hours included. You are live within 24 hours.

How do payments work?

Players book and pay instantly on your booking page, and the payment confirms itself the moment it lands. No more chasing confirmations. Funds settle to your own bank or e-wallet account, in your name, with a statement for every payout.

Are there extra fees on top?

Skipt adds zero markup. Beyond the 10%, the only other cost is the payment processing fee, shown as one line and passed through at cost with taxes included. Everything else stays yours.

What happens when a player cancels?

Refunds are processed and recorded against your own cancellation policy, so you are not doing it by hand. You set the rules once and Skipt applies them.
